Timothy A. Dimoff, Founder and President of SACS Consulting & Investigative Services, Inc., is considered one of the nation’s leading authorities in high-risk workplace and human resource issues, security, vulnerability assessments, terrorism and crime. Leslie Schneider, National Corporate Training Coordinator / Senior Training Specialist, comes to SACS with over 20 years experience in Human Resource Management and Training. She has held HR Manager positions in retail, the citrus industry, healthcare and financial arenas. Her background includes staffing, interviewing, benefits, employee relations, training and developing, and outplacement. During the past six years, Schneider has designed and conducted seminars/workshops for leaders and management in helping to develop their leadership skills and understanding how their style affects others. Tom joins SACS Consulting with a background in law enforcement, where he was recipient of many distinguished service and merit awards, and departmental commendations for outstanding performance and investigatory skills. He also served as fleet operations officer with supervisory, purchasing, inventory and budget responsibilities. While in public service, Tom authored technical articles for an international trade publication for fleet administrators and served as a design consultant for tactical weapons retention systems for vehicles. After his tenure in public service, Tom investigated financial crimes for a large financial institution. His responsibilities included conducting security/loss prevention training sessions and creating and implementing innovative security programs. Tom’s education in Security Administration and experience in alarm and CCTV hardware enables him to advise and meet the security challenges of our clients. Professional affiliations include former Chairman of the prestigious Western Reserve Chapter of the National Association of Fleet Administrators and an active member of ASIS International. Mr. Decker received FEMA Emergency Management certification for Introduction to the Incident Command System in 2005. The ICS encompasses six major functional areas: Command, Operations, Planning, Logistics, Finance, Administration and Intelligence. Tom joined SACS Consulting Team and is utilizing his expertise in providing service to our clients in the areas of security vulnerability analysis, corporate investigations, theft analysis, training and several liability areas pertinent to Corporate America. Mike Gemmer’s education includes a Bachelors degree in Economics from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana and a Masters degree in Computer Information Systems from St. Marys University in San Antonio, Texas. After earning his undergraduate degree, he joined the US Air Force through the ROTC program and served for 8 years. While in the Air Force he was a B-52 Navigator and, later, a courseware and instructional designer. As a courseware designer he was responsible for courses in map and chart preparation and analysis, GPS theory and practice, and simulation software. After leaving the Air Force, he founded The Gemmer Group, Inc. in 1996. The Gemmer Group is a software consultancy and professional service firm specializing in custom software development, particularly for healthcare and “first responders”. Projects include databases to track medical transports for hospitals, medical facilities and HAZMAT tracking databases. Additionally, Mr. Gemmer works with firms to develop collaborative software for quick setup of communications at emergency sites. He is very familiar with the development of mapping and location-based software and the preparation of mapping products using commercial software from major vendors. Mr. Gemmer joined the SACS Team as the IT Coordinator for the SAVE (Security Analysis Vulnerability Evaluation) and Mapping System that is currently being utilized and a very important aspect for the future security of numerous different entities in both the public and private sectors. |

Kenneth Lombardo, PHR comes to SACS with 20 years of experience as a Human Resource and Administrative professional. Ken holds a degree from Kent State University in Business Administration and a Certificate in Human Resources from John Carroll University. Jay Ruble,

Jay Ruble brings over thirty years of experience to SACS Consulting in the field of educational instruction and administration. After graduating from the University of Akron with a BA and MA in Education, Jay began his career in the Nordonia Hills City School system. After teaching for 12 years, Jay was appointed to the position of associate high school principal in 1981, and in 1985 he was named building principal of Nordonia High School. As building principal, Jay was directly involved in personnel supervision and evaluation, participation in, and the initiation of institutional programs and policies, including the high school’s chemical dependency/intervention program development and administration. Jay helped create and chair Nordonia High School’s crisis management team and training program. He presented the model for this plan at the Ohio Secondary Administrator’s State Conference in Columbus Ohio. Since his retirement from Nordonia Schools, Jay has worked at the University of Akron in the Department of Education, supervising student teachers. Additionally he has spoken to numerous school systems, private organizations, and the State Homeland Security Sub-Committee regarding products and systems related to crisis management and risk assessment. Jay joined the SACS Consulting team in 2005. John Senn joined the Cleveland Police Department in 1991and worked various assignments including patrol, Vice and Narcotics Units. He was responsible for over 300 felony arrests and conducted numerous extensive investigations. Jon Baker, SPHR, brings over 35 years of Human Resource Administration and Management experience to SACS. Jon is a graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Business Administration. Jon held numerous Human Resources management positions with a Fortune 500 company, and was Director, Human Resources for two mid-major manufacturing companies. He established and managed three human resources departments during his career. Most recently Jon has provided Human Resources Generalist Consulting for manufacturing companies. Jon was certified as a Sr. Human Resources Professional (SPHR) in 1991 by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). The certification is based upon extensive human resources experience and an advanced examination. He has extensive experience in all facets of the Human Resources profession. Tom McMahon officially retired as a high school principal from Nordonia High School in 1993. He was also a college basketball coach for Cleveland State University from 1970-1983. Tom has continued to work in education as a teacher (Bay Village, Berea, Olmsted Falls, and Lakewood Schools) and as Athletic and Educational Administrator of North Ridgeville and Rocky River School districts. Recently he has managed several sports facilities in the Cleveland area and prior to that, had spent 18 years (1978-1995) in security as Event Coordinator and Supervisor of LOGE Services for Cleveland Stadium Corporation. While with CSC, Tom can list varied experiences coordinating Security Services for events such as Rock Concerts (World Series of Rock), Major League Baseball (Cleveland Indians) and the Cleveland Browns. Additionally, Mr. McMahon attended the training class "Enhanced Threat and Risk Assessment" provided by representatives from Texas A&M University. Thomas Peyton is an expert in Peak Performance and Business Development. Chad Mullins served in the United States Navy. After being Honorably Discharged he became a certified Firefighter-Emergency Medical Technician, where he received additional training including Blood Borne Pathogens, Critical Incident Management and was certified by the State of Ohio. Mr. Mullins also worked for a Correctional Institution, where he also became certified as an Unarmed Self Defense Instructor, Special Weapons and Tactics Instructor, was on the Tactical Response Team, Health and Safety Instructor, Fire Safety Instructor, C.P.R. Instructor, and Instructor for the Special Response Team. Mr. Mullins also has received additional training on Critical Incident Management and Security procedures. Robert Jacobs served in the U.S. Army Military Police Corps for nine years. Stationed in Berlin, Germany advancing to the position of Operations Sergeant responsible for security to the Berlin community by insuring exemplary performance of the law enforcement mission by the assigned Military Police and attached German Police personnel. Stationed at Ft. Irwin, California and was assigned to Provost Marshal’s office as an Investigator, which subsequently led to being attached to the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID) as an investigator for the Drug Suppression Team/Security Threat Groups. Robert was employed by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitations and Corrections for 10 years as a Correctional Officer where the identification, interviewing and monitoring of Security Threat Groups provided vast knowledge and experience, which has led to request from the local community schools and the Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center (Thomas Ash, Superintendent) to discuss gang activities within the school environment. |

Kevin contributes to SACS over 20 years experience in Business Management, Sales, and Customer Service. Kevin studied at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee and the University of Akron. His additional training and experiences include Drugs & Alcohol in the Workplace and Dependency Recovery. Wright is a former Graduate of the Ohio Peace Officers Training Academy, and served as “Training NCO” with the Ohio Military Reserve’s 51 MP Battalion, 51 MP Brigade. Dave Hunt has been responsible for safety/security and compliance management in general industry and construction management for 21 years. Dave's last assignment was at the Eli Lilly Pharmaceutical Plant Construction project in Indianapolis, Indiana where he worked as Safety Coordinator. Dave has been involved with numerous clients in the past working as General Manager/Safety Professional for a Private Consulting firm and Marketing/Consultant/Trainer for another. Other major assignments included being the Plant Synchronous Manufacturing Coordinator/Instructor while working for General Motors. During Dave's career with G.M. he initiated the "Just in Time" process and "Throughput Improvement Team" for the plant operations during the time he developed the "Pull Board Light System" used throughout the entire plant. Additional assignments were as follows: Acted as Plant Liaison for "Share the Spares" (parts sharing with other plants) and was Developer of the plant "Preventive Maintenance Program" and " Maintenance Expeditor Process" for the Plant. Additionally Dave worked as Material Control Cribs Supervisor for the Chemical/Material Storage and Disbursement facilities, as well as being Senior Manufacturing Designer and Project Engineer. Later in Dave's career he became involved and trained in security analysis and vulnerability assessment processes. Dave has conducted several security analysis and vulnerability assessment projects for several national Fortune 100 companies across the U.S. Dave is now one of the lead security experts for SACS Consulting's national security Expert Analysis TEAM (EAT).
